Stock levels and movements are transferred to the web and despatch details from all 5 offices are
available online for all authorised parties to track and if required acknowledge receipt. Each item of
stock is given a barcode label and a traceability reference upon receipt, allowing any product to be traced
back to the production batch and manufacturer. The recipient of the stock can read and check incoming
stock with the aid of a barcode reader, confirming the electronic stock manifest received from any
location using the WELLSTOCK system or manufacturer with the ability to create and transmit an
electronic file.
